Angelic Reiki is suitable for everyone. It is non-invasive and can be given to adults, children, babies and even animals and plants!

Wear something comfortable that you can feel relaxed in. If you often feel cold in your extremities, you might want to bring some cosy socks to wear so your feet won’t get cold. A blanket will be provided if you want to feel extra cosy!

Yes, Angelic Reiki is safe. It is non-invasive and involves no manipulation of the physical body. It works on an energy and vibrational level.

We are all made of energy. Angelic Reiki works by helping to balance your body’s energy and vibrational systems. When our energy flows have disruptions or blockages, we can feel stuck, sad, powerless, tired, angry and many other negative responses. Angelic Reiki helps to clear blockages and dispel disruptions to help strengthen our body’s own natural self-healing ability which can lead to greater feelings of calm, peace, and inner contentedness, among many other positive benefits.  

You will be provided with an aftercare sheet so that you don’t have to remember everything whilst you are still in a state of relaxation. You may feel tired for the rest of the day after treatment, and you are advised to drink plenty of water to help flush out any negative energies which have been unblocked. You may get a headache, but this is the movement of negative energies and drinking plenty of water will help to dispel the headache. There are so many positive benefits from the Angelic Reiki treatments too such as pain relief, better sleep, stress relief, more relaxed, higher energy levels, and many more.

No problem at all! In fact, I will take it as a complement that you feel so deeply relaxed you are able to fall asleep. Many people do fall asleep, and it is perfectly normal.

If it’s the first visit, you will have an initial consultation before the actual treatment, so it will last between 60 – 90 minutes. Ongoing treatments after that would normally last approximately 60 minutes. 

The Angelic Reiki will continue to work in the days after your treatment and in some cases, it can last up to 28 days.  

Yes, it will still work. Everyone is different and even if you feel nothing during the treatment, the energy will still work the same.

You can open your eyes, but it is recommended to have them closed as it aids in deeper relaxation. I won’t be looking at you anyway – I too will have my eyes closed whilst I concentrate on channelling the Angelic Reiki energy. You will also be offered a blanket to cover you if you wish.

Energy healing transcends space and time. Angelic Reiki healing can be given by concentrating on a person and where it needs to go. The practitioner does not need to be in close physical proximity to the recipient for it to work. Think of satellites or mobile phones – the signals are sent and received even when they are thousands of miles apart. 

A phone conversation will be exchanged between the therapist and the recipient to take details and agree a time when the recipient can relax with no interruptions. After the session has finished, the therapist will call the recipient to advise on aftercare and feedback.
